About the event
This event is tailored for children ages 4+.
During this hour and a half class children are invited to dress up in their favorite halloween gear and come in to learn the magic of Potion making from Professor Erica. Each child will get to pick their own glass potion jar and add a variety of spooky and sparkly ingredients to make a one of a kind multicolored whimsical potion jar. We will provide everything from Fairy dust (glitter) to clouds (cotton balls) which make the potions look real! Micah powders are used to get a swirly irridescent effect, and each child can do whatever color combo they would like! After we glue our jars shut, children can use beads, feathers and more to decorate the top of their bottle and create their own label to stick on as well.
Erica will come dressed as a mysterious nice witch and we encourage kids or asults to join in the fun as well. Of course it is not required but just meant to be fun!
PLEASE READ: We function as a classroom as well as an artisan boutique featuring local artisans. Because of this we ask that parents do not allow children to roam in our boutique section unattended. We have a wipe station in our classroom and bathroom. We ask that all guests clean their hands after crafting. If items are damaged you will be responsible to pay for the item. Parents are not allowed to leave children unattended in the store. We make each piece by hand in our workshop. If you cannot attend a class you are welcome to pick up your piece to bring home as a kit at a different date. We do not offer refunds as we make each item to order. Childrens classes max out at 6 students.
