April Break Kids Crafts

Join us for some crafting fun during Spring Break! Please read the instructions below to join in the fun.

1. Pick a project and day at checkout. You have 2 hours to craft.

2. Please arrive 10 minutes early on your crafting day to get settled.

3. We will have your seat saved and project ready on your assigned day and time. We also have additional projects that can be bought in store like $3 mini windchimes, wood flowers and crafting kits. Parents are welcome to purchase additional items in store to complete within the 2 hour time frame. Kids are not allowed to share projects. Each participant needs a paid project to secure a seat. 

Projects include:

4 inch ceramic flower bowls-$10 These will be finished with shellac to take home.

6 inch tall ceramic fairy houses- $15 These will be finished with shellac to take home.

Decorative wood bird house. $8

10 inch unicorn plaque- $18

Minecraft sword or pick ax- $18

Additional smaller items and kits will be available if kids finish their projects and want to continue crafting. These can be purchased in store. Projects must be finished in the 2 hour time frame.

STORE POLICIES

 Because we are a small 8 person classroom we do have a few unique rules students are required to abide by for our classes to run smoothly. These are to protect you and ensure everyone has a fun time! Being so small allows us to have a really intimate setting where everyoen gets to know each other and allows for personalized help from our instructors.

1. We ask that all students arrive 10 minutes early to get settled. Arriving after the start time of the class is disruptive to students who are getting instructions or already working. Its also hard for the instructor. You will be required to wait until everyone is settled for instructions which will cut into your time.

2. Class run times are 2 hours. We have a large clock and ask that students use appropriate time management. We will no longer stay open past class run times and will not add time for late students or send extra materials home for late students. 

3. We do not offer refunds unless a class does not hit our 3 person minimum. Students who are unable to attend are sent home with a take home kit for all classes run by Erica. Other insturctors sometimes have other policies but many offer take home kits as well. If we do not hit a minimum you are  fully refunded.

4. We are not a drop off style space for children. Parents are asked to help with younger students to ensure everyone is able to finish their projects. We are a boutique with 19 artisans on one side so we do ask parents supervise children. Any items broken or damaged will need to be paid for. 

5. If bringing friends please ensure everyone in your party is comfortable with the project/tools and able to come on time. We have seen issues with friends being unaware of policies or not enjoying the project because they were not told the process. We want everyone to have a great time. 

6. We make our projects by hand with lasers and other equiptment in our hoem studio. If you do not read the instructions and follow the ticket instructions for the class we do not keep additional items at the store for classes. This is how we keep our overhead down and ticket prices reasonable. Please reach out with any questions BEFORE buying your ticket and before the night of the class.
